On May 20, we gathered at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong to celebrate CHO Day 2025 with this year’s theme: “Future Entrepreneurial Mindset: Co-Creating Happy Workplaces and a Sustainable Future.” During the forum, we explored the future of workplace leadership and innovation from multiple angles — including entrepreneurial insights, academic perspectives, and real-world business practices. Our speakers shared how organisations can cultivate a culture of happiness, strengthen employee engagement and sense of belonging, while navigating the challenges and opportunities brought by the AI era and sustainability goals.
