Founded in 2021, the Chief Happiness Officer Association Limited (CHOA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting happiness, workplace culture and sustainability across communities, organizations and society. Supported by over 20 distinguished advisors from the business, industry and education sectors, CHOA strives to foster happier and more sustainable workplaces and communities. According to the World Happiness Report 2026, Hong Kong ranked 90th globally with a happiness score of 5.569, highlighting the continued importance of strengthening wellbeing and positive culture in society. Against this backdrop, CHOA continues to drive cross-sector initiatives that connect happiness with long-term sustainable development.
