Chief Happiness Officer Association is collaborating with Hong Kong Retail Management Association to offer Certificate Program for Retail Leaders on Unleashing Happiness Power within the Organisation, aiming to advocate the concept of “Happy Work”, “Happy Mind” and assist everyone to become their own chief happiness officer. Participants will be able to bring in practical concepts and tools to their own organization to unleash the happiness power within corporations.

All retail practitioners, retail leaders, HR professionals

There will be three modules in total to provide participants a wide range of knowledge about happy leaders culture. The first module will equip you with growth mindset to unleash personal happiness. Became an own Chief Happiness Officer, be a happy and effective collaborators to positively influence on your team, company stakeholders and customers.

The second and third module will help participants to embrace and develop the GEAR model – Growth mindset and build an Organization Happiness Plan to promote psychological safety & happiness workplace.
